PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Large manufacturing facilities often present multiple risk exposures that require a variety of systems to address those risks. AFE will provide totally integrated solutions to ensure that all of your protection needs are met. AFE project managers guide your fire protection system installations from the design phase to completion. We can provide turnkey installations or we can manage your preferred mechanical and electrical contractors. Design build services are also available. AFE construction management means total coordination of trades to assure that a properly integrated system is installed.


DESIGN

Our highly qualified Design and Engineering team will create custom solutions to fit your fire protection needs. AFE designers will perform surveys or review plans to get a full understanding of the hazard layout and normal operations. Our designers will work with your insurance underwriters, local authorities and your safety department to assure that all required codes and standards are adhered to. Also our designers review other aspects, which are necessary for proper protection, such as life safety, process protection, potential downtime, reliability and maintenance.


PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

American Fire Equipment can readily manage the ongoing maintenance and repair of your fire protection and life safety systems and equipment with our own staff. Consistent standards, performance and documentation are assured. American Fire Equipment's standards incorporate regulatory requirements, manufacturer's recommendations, guidelines and good business practices and standards.
