American Fire understands that after the quality installation is complete, it is our responsibility to provide our customers with long term professional service. Design

American Fire Equipments design staff are experienced and highly trained. The NICET certified staff understands the importance of a properly designed life safety fire protection system. The designers understand their responsibility; that the designs they provide are life safety, and protect critical customer assets. The designers perform site surveys and review construction plans to ensure proper design. The design department works closely with insurance underwriters, safety/risk managers and local authorities having jurisdiction. American Fire assures our customers that all required codes and standards are met. Design build fire protection projects are our expertise.

Project Management

Customers often present us with a variety of challenging life safety fire protection needs. Our project managers are exceptionally skilled at managing integrated solutions. Our experienced NICET trained project managers understand the importance of a well managed project. Our project managers are skilled at managing our technicians as well as multiple trades. Communication and coordination is managed from the design phase through the final inspection and project completion. Our project managers meet schedules and deliver quality projects.

Installation

American Fire Equipment provides complete installation support of all the products we offer. We provide our customers with a quality installed turnkey solution. In the installation of fire extinguishers, to sophisticated engineered systems we ensure our customers have received a code compliant, quality installation. Clients & Customers can be guaranteed the installation will be performed by experienced, factory trained, and properly certified technicians.

Training / Quality Assurance

Our technicians, installers, and designers attend manufacturers training throughout the year at their facilities, and occasionally manufacturers will hold training at our offices. During these on-site sessions, select customers may attend. W also provide employee training for NICET (the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) and CSA (Compliance Services and Assessments). These certifications are the accepted standard in the Fire Protection Industry.

Our Quality Control Department is responsible to ensure that the service and installation technicians conduct code/AHJ compliant inspections and installations. We also track service and installation reports to ensure that 100% of each system has been functioned. Our unique reporting system tracks all deficiencies to resolution, providing vital system management. This concept is used extensively in, but not limited to, the following major Quality Control functions:

Recharges

American Fire Equipment supports its customers with full service recharge capabilities. From portable fire extinguisher to engineered clean agent recharges, we are equipped to respond to all of our customers emergency needs. Protecting some of Arizona's most critical facilities is a serious responsibility. We understand the severity of downtime. American Fire stocks clean agents to provide you with the quickest response available. American Fire is the only U.L. listed clean agent fill station in the state of Arizona.
